No. These are proposed trip formats for personalized planning. The suggested lengths help frame the conversation; there are no published departures or guaranteed group schedules.

Our initial focus is Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue. A trip can include one or more of these places. Destinations elsewhere in Vietnam are not currently offered.

There are no published package prices at this stage. Dates, group size, accommodation, transport and experiences all affect the quote. Any planning fee must be disclosed before you agree to it.

Only the services expressly listed in your eventual written quote and confirmed agreement. Accommodation, transfers and experiences may be considered, but nothing is automatically included by choosing a trip concept.

International flights are excluded. Domestic flights are not part of the initial offering; if introduced later, they would need to be handled through appropriately authorized partners and identified in your quote.

Those are intended trip types. Tell us about the pace, room preferences and practical needs of your group. Age suitability, room occupancy, child seats and special arrangements must be checked individually.

Share general requirements during planning, without sending medical records. Specific access, equipment and dietary arrangements must be checked with the provider. They should not be assumed from a trip description.

Local assistance is part of the intended service model, but contacts, hours, scope and urgent-response arrangements have not yet been finalized. Any support commitment must be specified before booking. This site does not provide emergency assistance.

The intended model involves a US-facing business and a licensed Vietnam operating partner. The legal booking entity, operating provider and payment recipient must be confirmed and disclosed before paid reservations open.

Cancellation and refund terms will depend on the agreement and underlying suppliers. Review the exact deadlines, fees and refund responsibilities before paying. No cancellation policy is being offered by this preview.
